Pre-Surgery

I was a very active kid and did a lot of sports. My ex-ray taken 2 years ago shows a fracture on my L5 vertebra that probably occurred during my adolescence. It healed leaving me with a condition called spondylolisthesis (1). Basically my vertebra slipped and pressed on the disc which bulged and pinched the sciatic nerve.
